I wish I wasn't already married because this would be my dream gown. The Details: Unbranded, very heavy, well constructed gown. All tags are missing but it appears to be quite well made.There is one area that needs attention and that is on the right side, the elastic strap that goes around the shoulder to keep the neckline in place needs resewn. (See photo.) For some reason, the last person *stapled* it. (I like to think there was some dramatic, right before the ceremony event, a bridesmaid whipped out her trusty stapler and saved the day!) Anyway, that's really the only thing that needs attention other than a basic dry cleaning and pressing. Dress is shown on Monica who is a size 6-8, depending on the garment. I would call this a size 6. An 8 could maybe wear it depending on her weight distribution and bust size, but I would stick to a 6 to be on the safe side. Measured flat:Waist is 13"Bust is 16" I do not have the train hooked up properly because frankly, it's a lot of heavy fabric and I was getting annoyed. There are 5 hooks on each side of the zipper to hold it up. Zipper is long, past the derrière making it easy to slip on and off.Beautiful giant butt bow! Other than the shoulder strap, and some slight age yellowing on the inside lining, this dress is in fantastic shape. No rips, tears, stains, odor. It is *quite* heavy, shipping will be a bear.
