Description: For your consideration are these lovely vintage hair combs. Obviously different color in the combs but each having that same lovely top. Marked on both with the eagle 23 mark and one marked Mexican Silver. The eagle mark dates these from the late 1940s to the late 1970s. Tested and guaranteed as sterling silver. I believe these to be mid century. The use of the Mexican Silver mark on sterling is an earlier mark that was used in the 1940s-time frame. One is 1 and 3/4 inches by 1 and 3/4 inches and the other is 1 and 7/8 inches by 1 and 3/4 inches. Great condition with beautiful patinas.
