Description: Vintage Stop Tail or Brake Light A vintage original accessory stop or brake tail light. Complete but untested. To replace the bulb, it appears the ring around the glass can be removed (see photo detail). I would soak it in WD-40 first. No dents, the tab is complete and the nut and threads for the wire attachment are undamaged. Very good to excellent condition, nothing loose (given it’s used and about 100 yrs old). The case appears to be brass painted black. The glass has etching on the inside, likely a fresnel pattern to improve the brightness. The letters are recessed and appear to be white.
