Measurements: Including the wooden frame, the item measures 29.75" high x 23.75" wide. Condition: Very good condition - no rips, holes, tears, scratches, repairs, etc. The border section of the frame directly surrounding the canvas shows a few faint stray marks and light areas of wear - nothing objectionable in our opinion (see photos).
