Description: Vintage Tonka Smokey The Bear Rangers toy hat from the 70s. Hard to find. In overall good condition for its age. It does have some minor scratches and smudges from being used in the past. There are 2 cracks, one on each side. It still has the black elastic strap inside the hat, with it being attached in 3 places still. Please see pictures for details as this item is in used condition.
