Description: On offer is a vintage tube radio made by Airline on behalf of Montgomery Ward in 1941-42. The back has a sticker that notes this to be a model14BR-688A. The radio has been tested and does work. Radio stations were picked up and could be tuned and music played fairly well. The volume adjustment also worked. The front also lit up at the edge of the dial. There are some small scuffs on the would and the lacquer is crazed. There also appears to be some modern wiring from some prior restoration.
