Description: Vintage US Coast Guard Sword Blade measuring 36.5" overall with a blade length of 32", blade width at tang is .75". Very good ++ condition showing some light small spots of oxidation, handling wear, has over 90% original finish remaining. Blade etched on both sides of blade and on top area of blade spine. USCG markings on 3 areas of the blade along with Anchors, stars, with floral leaves. Ricasso/tang area stamped with Star and PROVED marking with opposite side showing Eickhorn Squirrel logo with NS Meyer Logo of NY. Made in West Germany, stainless steel, a slightly curved blade saber. Blade only, no handle or scabbard. A very nice Post WWII Blade. See photos. See our other Items at TR-West
