Description: Vintage Victorian Silver Plate Tone Handheld Magnifying Glass 10 1/4” Desk Decor As is condition. Heavy. Unsure of material. Handle is heavy with good grip. Weighs just under 13 oz. Measures just over 10 inches long. No markings on this item as to origin. Age unknown. Part of grandmother's estate (she passed away over 20 years ago) Magnifying glass is just under 4 inches across. Band around is .5 inch. Glass is kind of tinted, curved, thicker in center on both sides. The frame around the curved magnifying glass is bent. Glass is scratched but not cracked. Still usable but more for decor. I am not an expert and research is based on what is for sale and what has sold. Downsizing items from her estate as nobody in the family wants.
