The hard plastic case is fully intact with no cracks and it closes firmly. The holder for additional lenses and upper lid has come loose from outer case, both pieces of hook and loop tape are present, and it could be glued back in place if desired. Decorative gold piece between lenses lifts up for easy lens replacement. Glasses have been worn so they may need adjusting and cleaning.
