The main problem is the snap. It needs a new one, which can be done pretty easily. The piece of material inside the bill is broken. It can still be worn with it being broken or that can be replaced as well. It does have some staining, but it’s not so bad it can’t be worn. I’m sure some can be removed by hand washing it. This hat is old and I don’t think I’ve ever seen another all mesh example of it. I’d like someone to give it a second life if possible. The tag says “made in America by Americans”.
