Description: VTG Porcelain Chinese Man Carrying Lanterns Numbered and Signed 8.5” Tall GUC. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Here is a very nice porcelain Chinese man carving lanterns in good condition. There is one chip on the back of the base, (see photo) and there is crazing over most of the piece. It is numbered 7806 with the letter 'A' and 'I' above the base on the back. Even with the chip and the crazing, this is a super nice piece. You can tell the difference in quality with the pieces made in Germany vs. China or Japan. The glaze is still in wonderful condition and I love how the ponytail wraps around the shoulder and down the back. Measures 8 1/2" tall, 5" wide, and 2 1/2" deep. Would look fabulous on a fireplace mantel or bookshelf.
