The brooch is from the Retro era (1935-1950) and was manufactured in Portugal by Topazio. It is a unique piece of antique jewelry that can be worn on any occasion and will surely make a statement. This petite treasure is made from 925 sterling silver and measures 1.5 inches in length. It does not have any diamonds or gemstones, but the miniature finely designed brooch is definitely created by a talented jewelry artist. The brooch is signed by the manufacturer and is an original piece. I stated this brooch is vintage but could be antique because this particular treasure's back pin is a C-clasp, the older pinback style. During my research, I did find a couple by this Topazio Portuguese company but those are with the newer roller over clasps.
