The book is actually new but I’m marking it as used because of damage. The coin store I got this from stamped their name and address on the front cover, inside the front cover and the first page. They also stamped on back inside cover and last page. There is also some spine damage where you can see pages pulling away from the binding. There is shelf wear and some corner wear from being taken on and off the shelf. The book was already 40 years old before I found it at this store to add to my collection. It's not perfect but if you need it for your collection, it can work for you.
