The game has been tested at least 3 times on a Sega Genesis model 2 system and works fine but because of how old these games are sometimes the cartridge may need some extra cleaning to get it to work properly on a different system. That can be done with a Q-tip dipped in a little bit of rubbing alcohol and with it wipe the metal teeth that go inside the system. The game may not work properly or work at all if you do not have a Sega Genesis system that was made by Sega. Many third party systems such as Retron, GN Twin, FC3 Plus etc. will not play certain games so please make sure that your system can play the game before you make the purchase.The item that you see in the picture is the actual item that you will be receiving. I never use the same picture or stock picture.
