Description: This American propaganda poster looks to me as if it was an original drawing. I'm told they were put up in armories, aircraft manufacturing plants etc. and employees would come up with different slogans for what the cartoon character was saying. ( Like we do on Facebook now). I have had this for ages and really can't find anything about it, it might help if we knew what Dept 215 was. Where the printing is, there are lines in pencil so the printing stays even, which is why I think it was the original for a poster. It's a large image, measuring 42 inches by 28 1/2. Other than the corners, it looks excellent, no fold lines. I'll send it in a tube. The extra $10 will cover insurance.
