The bag is marked by maker, " CVFD 294587 X " . Inside it is marked, " 294587X and R1819" . The mask has some age related deterioration. Mask is marked, "113T 240". One glass lens has some kind of crackle yellow residue inside. I will leave any cleaning to you. The other lens has a crack. The hose looks good. The tank looks good. No holes in bag.
