Description: Original WWII US First Aid Pouch British Made Manufactured by M.E. Co. Dated 1943 Hard to findBritish Made pouch dated 1943 with lift the dot snaps. Pouch shows wear and use with some light stains. Inside maker and date stamps are fairly bold, outside US stamp shows fade. Snap works good and is clean of oxidation. Rear hook billet mount is solid with no seperation.
