Description: The headset works great BESIDES at random points in time it will disconnect, causing no game volume to start up. This doesn’t happen often, but when it does it takes a second to reboot. I found that turning off the headset and reconnecting it to the Xbox is what worked in order to get the sound back on. This is the ONLY problem with the mic.
